I have lived in for six years and my landlord has already made noises about the security deposit

Hey all. Moving out of an apartment I have lived in for six years and my landlord has already made noises about the security deposit. Honestly the place is not filthy, but six years of normal living shows, particularly in the kitchen and around the bathtub. My lease says professionally cleaned at the end of the tenancy, which I assume means something specific rather than me with a mop. Is a standard clean enough here or do I need something heavier? And does it genuinely help with getting the deposit back?

With deposit language in the lease, book the heavier version, because a standard visit will not touch the things landlords actually inspect, which are the oven, the fridge, inside the cabinets, the grout and the window tracks. Those five items are basically the whole walkthrough. We booked deep cleaning through Cleaning Chief at the end of ours and got the full deposit back, though I will admit our landlord was reasonable to start with. Get an invoice with the company name on it and hand it over with the keys. Documentation tends to end the argument before it properly begins, which is worth the cost on its own.
