A neighbor had his replaced last spring and now I am wondering whether I am living on borrowed time. There is some granule loss in the gutters and a couple of spots that look slightly wavy from the driveway. Is age alone a reason to replace, or do you wait for an actual problem? I would rather plan for this than react to it in February. We are on the water side of town, if that changes the calculation at all.
