Hey. We did it last year. Worked with New Day Construction on Seattle Home Remodeling, and they turned our underused formal dining room and a guest room into two offices. Good lighting, sound insulation between them and plenty of outlets. Now we can both be on calls without hearing each other. Our productivity went up and our arguments went down. Honestly, soundproofing was more important than we thought, don't skip it. And plan for cable routing and Wi-Fi, a mesh system helped a lot in our older house.
