With Alta's Seattle Whole-Home Remodeling team, the Refine phase was a real punch-list process: they walked every room with us, fixed small details and checked every door and drawer. After we moved back in, they came back for small adjustments as the house settled. They even left us a binder with all the finishes and care instructions. Honestly, ask about post-completion support before signing, it separates good contractors from great ones. We still have their number on the fridge.
